All Victoria Almshouse properties have one bedroom. The Deerings Road site comprises a block of 12 flats, 2 semi-detached bungalows and 2 bed-sits all for single occupancy. There are also 6 bungalows and 2 downstairs flats which can accommodate couples. All the bungalows have their own garden plot and Residents in the flats may adopt an area of garden if they so wish. There are 3 small allotment plots at Reigate which can be allocated to Residents to grow vegetables.
The on-site Manager Tracy Wiffen occupies one of the properties at Reigate and ensures that both Reigate and Redhill sites operate smoothly. Another property at Reigate provides a community room, the Jubilee Room, for residents use with TV and kitchen facilities.
The London Road, Redhill site comprises 10 semi-detached bungalows set in a semi-circle each with a small garden plot. 8 bungalows can accommodate couples. There is a community room with WiFi, allowing Residents to socialise and a communal laundry facility is provided for Residents. Redhill Residents are welcome to use the Jubilee Room and reserve the Guest Room at Reigate.

The Victoria Almshouses is a registered charity (No. 201425) whose objective is to provide accommodation for elderly, retired Residents of the Redhill & Reigate borough who are able to lead an independent life but have an acute housing need and inadequate financial resources to house themselves.
The Charity is a Member of the Almshouse Association – No. 161 and also a member of the Independent Housing Ombudsman Scheme – No. A2142
