All Victoria Almshouse properties have one bedroom. The Deerings Road site comprises a block of 12 flats, 2 semi-detached bungalows and 2 bed-sits all for single occupancy. There are also 6 bungalows and 2 downstairs flats which can accommodate couples. All the bungalows have their own garden plot and residents in the flats may adopt an area of garden if they so wish. There are 3 small allotment plots at Reigate which are allocated to residents to grow vegetables.
The on-site Manager Tracy Wiffen occupies one of the properties at Reigate and ensures that both Reigate and Redhill sites operate smoothly. Another property at Reigate provides a community room, the Jubilee Room, for residents use with TV and kitchen facilities.
The London Road, Redhill site comprises 10 semi-detached bungalows set in a semi-circle each with a small garden plot. 8 bungalows can accommodate couples. There is a communal laundry. Redhill residents are welcome to use the Jubilee Room and reserve the Guest Room at Reigate.
